Another step of our journey was the incredible event on June 20th in Turin Italy at Colori Vivi, the lab sewing shop with whom we realized our collection of sustainable bags: Seama Colors you can see in our shop.
The synergy with Colori Vivi is founded on the same vision about sustainability as a driver to create innovative fashion products not only by design and materials but respectful of people and resources , bringing also more values for the stories behind them.
Colori Vivi is more than a sewing lab shop. It can be considered like a familiar place, where women are first supported and trained to become good sewers , designers and creators. Here they learn to create and recreate their future.
Through their work, they get dignity and independence becoming economically autonomous and free. Women empowerment is a value we strongly believe in an and are happy to promote and contribute.
Upcycling and recycling are values we are happy to share with other sustainable players like SEAQUAL YARN, with whom we have started a cooperation using their material: SEAQUAL YARN , a tissue that is recycled Pet obtained from recuperating plastic waste from seabeds and beaches. We want to reinforce our commitment for the protection of the sea and the biodiversity.
For the inside of our bags, we use instead deadstock fabrics according to our creativity upcycling artisan technique totally Made in Italy.
Seama sustainability receipt is served: our ingredients are care , respect for all resources : sea, nature, women, materials. We are all linked and together we are choices as consumers we can make the difference.
