Return Policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@seamashop.com . If the return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage to the item received and/or other
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it. Please remember that any discrepancies in materials do not constitute a defect but are attributable to the particularity of the material and the artisanal production in upcycling.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishables (like food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Changes
Since our items are one-of-a-kind, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to exchange them for the same model or color. The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item in question and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.
Reimbursement
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
