During the holidays, we often reconnect with healthy habits such as walking, reading, enjoying time, or meditating. Returning from vacation can sometimes bring a sense of melancholy, the so-called “post-vacation blues.” It’s normal to feel nostalgic, but it is important to listen to both body and mind. Mindfulness, relaxation, and hobbies help support emotional balance, and well-being is essential to face work and school challenges.

Bringing one of these activities into your daily routine—even just a short walk or a few minutes of breathing—improves well-being. Consistency in small actions helps maintain energy and motivation.
